DAY 1: MARRAKECH - DADES (06h of driving approx)
We will pick you up at your accommodation and start the trip, towards Dades. After crowning the port of Tizi’nTichka (or Tichka port), the highest road in Morocco, we will turn off to enter the Atlas massif. After the stop we will continue our way through one of the most beautiful and unknown routes in Morocco that will take us, crossing the Atlas mountains and their spectacular landscapes, to the Dades Valley, crossing towns such as Skoura or Kelaa M'Gouna, famous for its products derived from roses. DAY 2: DADES - TODRA GORGES - MERZOUGA (04h of driving approx)
Early in the morning, after having breakfast, we will continue the route through the Dades Valley and the Valley of the Roses towards Tineghir, a small and prosperous town, with a beautiful panorama of contrasts between its pink houses and its palm groves and an ideal starting point for enter the famous Todra Gorges, where we can stop to enjoy the landscape. Later we will continue to the south, parallel to the Ziz Valley palm grove, we will cross the city of Erfoud and arrive at Rissani, a small town with a bustling medina little frequented by tourists, where the nomads of the area come to stock up.
Here we will change our means of transport. We will meet the dromedaries, much more adapted to the desert and with them we will go through the dunes to see the sunset, then we will return to our camp near the dunes where the haimas are located and we will spend the night. Now it's time to rest and we will do it in a Berber haima, wrapped in an immense blanket of stars, a unique and indescribable experience that must be lived. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA - ALNIF - AGDZ - OUARZAZATE (5hrs of driving approx)
In order to enjoy a unique experience, first thing in the morning they will wake us up to contemplate an incomparable spectacle, the sunrise, a spectacle of light and silence that will impress us. We will set a route towards Agdz through beautiful desert landscapes, until we reach the impressive palm grove of the Draa Valley, the largest palm grove in Africa with more than 150 kilometers of extension. At this point we will turn north, going up the palm grove to finally reach Ouarzazate, where we will stay tonight. Dinner and accommodation in Ouarzazate.
DAY 4: OUARZAZATE - AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKECH (5hrs of driving approx)
After breakfast, we will visit the exteriors of the Kasbah Taourirt (optional visit of the interior) in Ouarzazate and we will continue to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the largest and best preserved in Morocco declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the scene of multiple film productions. After this visit, we will take the road that ascends to the port of Tichka, passing through small mountain villages and magnificent landscapes, and after crowning the port, we will descend until we reach the "red city", Marrakech. End of the 4 days in Merzouga Dessert from Marrakech Tour.
