“Tour Cancelled with No Notification”
It was claimed that after the email confirming our tour yesterday we received an email at 7am this morning cancelling our tour. We never received one (also not in spam) and ended up wasting our time waiting. After the terrible ATM guide in Lisboa and today's fiasco, we will now cancel our planned tour for Porto and try a different company. Why did Freetour send me a request to review today's tour of it was cancelled? Hmmm

We would highly recommend our guide. She was funny, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the rich history of the town. I did have a problem, however, with Freetours as they canceled me from a tour with less than a days notice, saying the guide was busy, yet we saw her leading a tour at the same time. Again/ she was great.

Elza is a phenomenal guide who provides fascinating details of the evolution of Evora over the past 2000+ years. We were fortunate to be in a group with a total of 4 adults and one pre-teen so we could get lots of additional information generated by asking questions. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

Our guide, Ezla, was very knowledgeable. Though we had walked around Évora on our own, she pointed out so many things we never would have noticed or understood. It really gave us a sense of the evolution of the town throughout the centuries. My only complaint was the size of the group, which sometimes made it difficult to hear.
