Molto simpatico e carismatico, in circa 1 ora e mezza ci ha portato nei posti più significativi di Coimbra soffermandosi su aspetti della vita quotidiana e universitaria che non si trovano sulle guide.
Per nulla banale e noioso, il tempo è volato.

Reservei o tour em PT e no dia me avisaram que teria apenas o tour em ES. Por eu entender ES, achei ok e aceitei ir. O tour em si foi interessante, mas o guia poderia ter nos aprofundado mais em história do lugar... senti que sai com algumas lacunas em relação a história de Coimbra.
Os lugares escolhidos para passar por foram interessantes para quem conhece zero da cidade.

“Cancelaram meu tour em cima da hora”
Fiz a reserva de um Walking tour por Coimbra, no entanto recebi um e-mail faltando poucos minutos para o começo com uma informação de que seria cancelado. Além disso, pediam que eu cancelasse a reserva para que não precisassem pagar, sendo que quem cancelou foram eles. Verdadeira falta de respeito com o cliente/visitante. Fiquei esperando no local indicado por 30 minutos até checar meu correio e perceber o cancelamento.

Ricardos Tour was great! I went with some friends, three of us are historians and we learned many interesting things about Coimbra. Since I’m doing my Erasmus here, he could answer a lot of the questions that came up for me in my first weeks about the students traditions and how they are connected to the cities history. Obviously the tour isn’t just for historians or students, but you see many popular spots of the city and learn interesting things about them. The time flew by and afterwards we had many new insights into Coimbra and the university. I especially liked that Ricardo also mentioned some of the struggles the city and its inhabitants face. At the end we also got a great recommendation for dinner. Thanks again!

Loved this tour, Ricardo's passion for this beautiful city was clear as he walked us through the streets and gave us lots of good tips for going to tourist sites. The walk was perfectly spaced walking wise, as a pilgrim I felt quite comfortable with the duration of walk and the hills not too steep, I was comfortable in sandals. He had just the right mix of personal stories mixed with historical context and architectural information. He also was aware of how hot it was during tour and made sure our stops were in shaded areas and gave us tips on other sites to see and good restaurant recommendations.

Ricardo was an amazing guide, full of knowledge and lived experience about Coimbra. We were taken on a tour pretty much of everything you’ll need to see in Coimbra. My favourite thing about the tour is that you not only learn about the history of the city, but discover the traditions and lore of the student community that only a local would know!
