Things to do Budapest in One Step Free Tour: See It All, Miss Nothing!

Let’s discover both sides of the city, Buda and Pest, together! We will start our tour at St. Stephen’s Basilica, one of the most iconic landmarks of Budapest, located in the heart of the city. From there, we walk through Liberty Square, surrounded by historical buildings and monuments. Next, we head to the Parliament, Budapest’s most famous tourist attraction, which is admired for its grandeur and riverside location. Our journey continues to Jászai Mari Square, a historically important square in Pest, and then we cross the magnificent Margaret Bridge to reach Buda, where we'll see from the bridge Buda Castle, The Fisherman's Bastion, and Matthias Church. Finally, we’ll reach the hidden gem of Buda: the Tomb of Gül Baba. After a short climb up a few minutes of stairs, this peaceful and lesser-known site rewards us with a lovely panoramic view of the city — a perfect ending point to our tour. “Free tour with viktoria ”

Our tour with Viktoria was absolutely delightful. Viktoria has extensive knowledge of all aspects of Hungarian culture and explains everything in a very smooth and engaging way. She had complete answers to all the questions we asked. The tour lasted two hours, but the time flew by without us even noticing. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Budapest, as it is full of fascinating and exciting information

Ich kann die Führung nur empfehlen! Der Rundgang war bei richtig heißen Temperaturen, aber super gut von der Tour-Guide durchdacht mit einem Stop bei einem Brunnen und Toiletten. Wir haben viel von der Geschichte erfahren, schöne Fotospots gesehen und ist daher der perfekte Einstieg, um Budapest kennenzulernen. :) Vielen Dank!

“An amazing tour and a fantastic guide !”

The tour is really complete and Viktória is particularly kind and funny ! I had such a great time hearing the story of all those beautiful monuments and statues that the tour didn’t feel like 2h30 at all ! “Funny and interesting tour”

Excellent - a great way to kick off a trip to Budapest. What I liked the most was that we visited sights in both Buda and Pest. This gave me a great overview of the entire city. Viktoria did a great job and we had a relaxed atmosphere during the tour. She also gave many other tips for further activities. Highly recommended :)
