“Interessante Tour in kleiner Runde”
Andrea hat uns 2 Stunden lang rund um die Burg mit interessanten Infos versorgt und durch einen Zufall, konnten wir sogar den Palast des Ministerpräsidenten besichtigen. Grundsätzlich kann man die Tour empfehlen, da sie einen guten Einblick in die Geschichte des Landes und speziell der Burg gibt. Allerdings war es das erste Mal, dass wir erleben mussten, dass der Guide die "Spende" nachzählt und expliziet mindestens 10 Euro pro Person verlangt. Das fanden wir etwas befremdlich und haben wir bisher nicht so erlebt. Schade!

“A wonderful tour of the Buda Castle with the great guide Lyaman”
We really enjoyed the tour of the Buda Castle, organized by the guide Lyaman. She told us stories and legends of this area, introduced us to the culture of Hungary and even taught us a Hungarian dance. All adults and children were very pleased. We highly recommend the guide Lyaman, she is a very nice person and a professional with a great knowledge in Hungarian history.

La fortuna ha voluto che la guida disegnata si ammalasse e il tour è stato condotto in sostituzione da Eric. Sangue perugino-ungherese, preparatissimo, chiaro nell'esposizione con la giusta dose di ironia e un giusto equilibrio tra empatia ed erudizione, senza eccedere nè nell'uno che nell'altro. Molto interessanti anche le note di colore, di cultura e di folclore relative ai budapestini e la visita dei luoghi ed angoli più nascosti, come l'impensabile sotterraneo dell'Hilton hotel...che nasconde molti segreti sul castello. Molto interessante e coinvolgente. Raccomandatissimo!

“A lovely way to spend the late afternoon”
Lisa was a great guide with interesting content about the castle district. We were a small group so were lucky enough to get a peak inside the Hilton hotel area of the district too. It was less busy with tourists during our 5.30-7.30 slot which is a good time to get a tour in before dinner, after another tour in the morning, with a break in between.

Ci ha raccontato tante curiosità e aneddoti divertenti sulla zona, rendendo il tour ancora più interessante e piacevole.
La visita è durata circa 2 ore e mezza, con il giusto ritmo per godersi ogni tappa senza fretta.
Consigliatissimo a chi vuole scoprire il quartiere del Castello in modo autentico e coinvolgente!

The Buda side freewalking tour with our guide Andrea was great. She had some great knowledge of all the buildings, past and present developments and even told us about future plans (by the government) for the Buda castle district.
Nice atmosphere, several stops with many interesting facts, overall a very good tour.
Andrea also recommended several spots on both sides of the Danube to see in the upcoming days and answered all questions about Buda and Pest one could imagine. Thank you Andrea, it was a nice way to explore the Buda castle district!

“The style and material didn’t really suit us”
Lehman was really nice and welcoming, and she clearly tried to do her job well. But the info she shared wasn’t that interesting - it felt kind of rushed, a bit boring, and sometimes not totally accurate. We were just hoping for something more engaging with solid, confirmed facts and a more exciting story!

“Non è offerta libera è costo fisso a partire da”
Il ragazzo è stato molto bravo nella spiegazione, cordiale e disponibile, l'unica cosa a mio parere molto grave è stata chiedere almeno 10 euro a persona come offerta, noi eravamo con due bambini e li ha chiesti anche per loro, eravamo in difficoltà perché non avevamo prelevato ed il ragazzo ci chiedeva di andare a fare bancomat per saldare.
È stato assurdo davvero, alla fine abbiamo raccimolato 35 euro ed è andato via , io mi sono sentita un accattona.bruttissimo.
Per quella cifra ti prendi una guida seria e più competente.
Mi dispiace ma nn lo consiglio a nessuno.

È la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere, abbiamo atteso per almeno mezz'ora la guida e non si è visto nessuno. Impossibile contattarla perché non avevamo nessun riferimento e anche il link sulla mail per avere un contatto non era funzionante. Pessimi davvero! Non è meritata neanche una stella, sarebbe bastato avvisare che il tour era saltato e ci saremmo organizzati la giornata diversamente

“They didn’t show up on time”
We booked for today at 10:30, and in the email the day before, they told us to show up 10 minutes early. So, we arrived at 10:10 to make sure we were on time. We waited until 10:50, but THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP OR CALL. I tried to message them through the website but didn’t receive any response. We didn’t have any phone numbers to call, so we left. At 11:30, they called us saying the tour had started at 11:00 and asked if we still wanted to join, even though the tour was already in progress.
I just want to say that if you can’t organize the tour properly or in case you can’t respect the scheduled time, PLEASE INFORM THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING. It was so unprofessional.

Mohamed's tour was an incredible experience! His passion for history is contagious, and you can genuinely feel how much he enjoys sharing the knowledge he gains from his studies. He didn't just cover the main historical sites but also showed us hidden gems that we would have missed on our own. It was an engaging and memorable experience—highly recommended!
