This amazing neoclassical style building is one of the city´s music jewels. We´ll wander through Stockholm´s old town where we will come across the statue of one of the most loved kings in the land: the statue of Gustav Adolf II.
Our tour includes a visit to the incredible Stadshuset, as well as the City Hall where the great Nobel banquet is hosted and apart from being one of the most stunning buildings on our destination is also one of the few places in Stockholm that preserves hints of classic Romanesque style. If you want to learn more about this famous ceremony then we´ll also take a walk around the exterior of the Nobel Museum where you will be able to enter and discover all the secrets behind this celebration.
Another stops on this tour is the city´s Royal Palace, a true reflection and representation of Swedish monarchy. On our visit we will be witness to the famous changing of the guard that each day draws thousands of tourists in front of the palace.
After enjoying the show from the Royal Palace´s shoreline we will have a chance to visit the Cathedral of Stockholm (Storkyrkan) also known as the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. This medieval building is one of the most striking in the city and not only on account of its size. Storkyrkan boasts a style of architecture and treasures in its interior that make it a must see on this visit.
