MERAKI Local Walking Free Tour

Thessaloniki is a humanly vibes city, and that’s what I love the most about it, and exactly that’s my intention to transmit to you during our tour! Let me show you around(literally around- we are not gonna get inside any of the following places) most of Thessaloniki’s must-visit locations: Alexander the Great Statue, The White Tower, Galerius Palace, Kamara, Rotunda, Roman Forum-Agora, and at the end of our tour, Aristotelous Square. I am also gonna let you know about our brand new metro and about our local markets. While walking, I am gonna also offer suggestions throughout the city and a Google Maps list with my favourite and most people’s favourite places in Thessaloniki for you to explore. I am grateful that Greek hospitality(~Filoxenia) still exists, and I want to keep it alive, so I am also gonna invite you to some local traditional things to taste! Plus, Efxaristo - parakalo, Kalimera - Kalinichta, and so on are available for you to ask and learn in case you are interested in some basic Greek lessons. PS: 2 hours are not enough to explore the whole of Thessaloniki, so I can inform you what else to see, like Ladadika, Valaoritou, and Ano Poli.
