“Rome XMas Tour”
Guide was a little late but the rest of the tour was great. We went down a lovely side street that was quiet and full of art galleries. She directed us to churches with amazing art work and free entrance as well as giving shopping tips. The trees and lights were beautiful.

We had a great time on this interesting tour. Our guide Claudia gave us a lot of information about her hometown and also great tips on where to eat, what's the best coffee in Naples et cetera.
I strongly recommend taking this tour, if possible on the first day of Napoli visit.

“Expected more”
It was not my first tour with free guide. For me this one is quite simple and doesn’t reflect the whole history of napoli. The facts were thery dry, between the points we worked in silent.
There were only 2 interesting moments: about the peppers and lifstyle.
Whould live to here more history about the buildings, histories and not dry facts

“A rare wet day in Naples”
You can trust our guide Roberto will turn up even on a very wet day in Naples.
He gave very good and interesting answers to the questions,
1." What is the significance of what looks like chilli peppers that we see everywhere in Naples?"
2. "What is the significance of the Pulchinella masks recurrent in Naples?"
Bear in mind that this tour does not end where it begins, you will have been disoriented through the maze that is the Spanish quarter so you will not know where the f*** you are, however at the end, Roberto pointed to the pizza street and I can fully recommend the Museum Cafe there. On a wet day it was a warm, atmospheric, characterful environment with very helpful staff who suggested a fabulous traditional sharing lunch for 2,including limoncello spritz. It was €60 for two and I swear you will not need to eat for the rest of the day????

“Our group was too large”
For a busy city with small streets, our group was just too large. We spent a lot of time gathering and moving. The route was great and Claudia did her best, but it meant that the time available for in-depth explanations and stories (including about modern Naples, say) was too short, and overall it ended up a bit superficial. But great tips for how to continue exploring on our own!

I booked the walking tour fairly last minute on the evening before and was pleasantly surprised to still be accepted onto the tour with the short notice.
The meeting point was easy to find and get to and Claudia our tour guide was right on time give or take a few minutes.
Once started, Claudia's knowledge and love of her home city was very evident and took pleasure in delivering the details of the sights/places of the tour, she was always asking if anyone had questions which was good for us to get even more information about locations and the best way to access landmarks and places of interest etc.
As the tour progressed through the busy bustling city she always made sure everyone was keeping up and were together as a group and at the end of the tour she was available to ask further questions.
This was a really good walking tour and would recommend this particular tour to anyone.

and also she gave us incorrect info on the times the finicular runs..she said it stops at.10..

I returned to Naples and took the Walking Tour because I enjoyed it so much the last visit. To my amazement, I had Claudia as my guide the second time, and even more amazing is that she remembered me! Her enthusiasm for her city and her energy and knowledge of the history made my tour experience great! She made it very fun for all of us tourists, and didn't skip a step even though she had a sore knee on the day of our tour. We also got very lucky with the weather, it was sunny and cool. I hope to return to Naples and to take another walking tour with Claudia!

“Ok, but difficult to follow”
Roberto took us on a tour through town. He presented some useful information, but it was difficult to understand him because he didn't wait until the whole group was assembled when we went from one stop to the next. Also, the noisy streets made listening to him difficult. I can also recommend that he smile a bit during the tour - wouldn't hurt. It was ok to get an overview of the city, though.

Hi, sadly there was no tour. We came to the starting point at 10am, as you reminded, along with us there were many other people , around 25 travelers, we were waiting for 30 minutes for the guide to show up and he didn't came.

What a lovely tour with the lovely Klaudia! I really enjoyed all the things I learned from a real Nepolitan. Her jokes were on point and she made the tour really entertaining. Also, she made sure we tasted the real street coffee. I 100% recommend this tour :) also make sure to bring cash for the tip much deserved. They don’t take cards or transfers.
