Participate in an exclusive cooking class in Rome at a well-known Roman restaurant, where you will learn how to prepare two iconic dishes of Italian tradition: fresh handmade tagliatelle/pinsa romana and a delicious tiramisu.
The class begins with the preparation of the pasta or pizza, working the ingredients to process the perfect dough, ready to be topped. The chef will guide you step by step, teaching you the secrets of making soft and flavorful tagliatelle or the typical Roman pinza. After preparing them, we will discover together how to season them with typical Roman sauces.
The second part of the class will be dedicated to tiramisu. You will learn how to whip mascarpone cream, soak ladyfingers in coffee and create a perfect, soft and creamy tiramisu.
