Karlovy Vary Day Trip

The Karlovy Vary Day Trip is a very special trip which should be a must during your stay in Prague. It is about a spa city which extends from the leafy forest, whose population has been developed around these springs.

Our tour will start at the center of Prague. When descending towards the city we will contemplate a spectacular panoramic of the place and we will appreciate at the distance the Mirador de Diana. Once we are in the city, a short wander will lead us to the Spa I, where our Spanish speaking guide will happily tell us the best curiosities about the most famous doctors of that place and the celebrities such as Goethe, Beethoven, Karl Marx and Chopin that used to visit these spas. 

As we continue our journey down the Teplá River, we will come across the Old Religious Order Headquarter of the Knights of Malta, the house where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart used to live, and the popular Karlovy Vary Colonnades, prominent among them are the Geyser, the Market, the neo-renaissance style Mill, the neo-baroque Park and the Freedom ones. All of them boast the natural springs, where the thermal waters tasting will give us a very pleasant feeling, as we learn the best stories that revolve around them. 

As we get captivated by this natural treasure, we will admire the impressive imperialist, neo-renaissance and art nouveau styles buildings, which give the final touch to the charming landscape of Karlovy Vary.
