Ponta Delgada Canyoning Adventure

This exciting excursion takes place in Parque Natural da Ribeira dos Caldeirões, one of the most stunning parks in the northeastern region of São Miguel, about a 45-minute drive from Ponta Delgada. Upon arrival, we will provide your personal equipment and set off on a short 15-minute walk to our first stop, where we’ll begin with a safety briefing. Next, we’ll embark on a brief uphill scramble before pausing for a second safety briefing, where you’ll learn the basics of rappelling. After another 10-minute ascent, we’ll reach the canyon entrance, where the real adventure begins! The Canyoning Experience Once at the top, get ready for an adrenaline-filled descent! You’ll encounter optional jumps (ranging from 2 to 6 meters), a natural water slide, and abseils between 5 and 12 meters. After conquering the canyon, we’ll follow our original path back to the starting point, completing an unforgettable adventure in nature.
