Joe was a fantastic guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and funny. The tour was the perfect way to orient ourselves with the city and we learned so much. Could not recommend Joe, or this tour, more!

I had a great time on the Latin Quarter of Galway Free Tour with Joe as our guide! What made it even more special was that it ended up being more like a private tour, just me and my friends, which was such a treat. The tour lasted over two hours, and despite the weather being absolutely atrocious (more like a storm than rain!), Joe didn’t cancel. Instead, he did his very best to keep us covered when possible and carried on with so much energy and humour. His jokes and storytelling really helped with the miserable weather. I’ve been to Galway a few times before, but I still learned many new and fascinating “underground” stories that I’d never heard. Joe took the time to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as he could, which made the whole experience feel more personal. All in all, Joe is fantastic. I’d absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Galway!

Joe was a friendly and funny local guide who was very excited to tell us a lot about the irish culture and history. He took his time to answer all the questions we had. Although it rained almost the whole time during the tour (which is of course not the guide's fault), we really enjoyed the tour and Joe always tried to find a dry spot. Thank you!

My friend and I decided to do the Latin Quarter of Galway freetour. It was brilliant! Our guide had a vast knowledge of the history, culture and interesting facts of the main sites we visited. He made the tour funny and entertaining telling us different stories and showing us places, otherwise we wouldn't have known they existed. I recommend it 100%!!

Joe was so good and kind during the free tour. We enjoyed a lot. He is so funny and you are going to have a nice time with him learning the culture and the history of the Latin Quarter in Galway.

I was able to learn, take photos, ask questions! Great tour! And he made jokes and had a small treat at the end of the tour and taught us some irish words. Really enjoyable walk to learn about Galway and walk and get to know the town before/ after. Really recommend !
