Things to do A Walk Through the Past & Present of Freiburg
This tour will be a relaxing, fun, and informative walk through the city. We will not only explore history and culture but also legends and anecdotes that bring this city's history to life, and in the case of children accompanying us, there are activities prepared to make the tour more enjoyable for them. Our journey will begin with a brief introduction to Freiburg's history and characteristics right at the feet of our stunning gothic cathedral, the Freiburger Münster. Once we have learned how this city came to be and the essence of its people, we will be better prepared to truly appreciate all of its hallmarks, such as the Market Square and the Münster, Freiburg's "Most Beautiful Street," both historical City Gates and many others! Finally, our last stop will be at the City Hall Square, where you will be left to continue your journey, now knowing how to navigate this beautiful city on your own. We are excited to share the Freiburger experience with you! See you soon.

“The best tour we've had in ages”
The tour was amazing. From the start the environment felt comfortable and persona. The two hours that lasted the visit (which felt like 5 minutes) were full of new and interesting information, it was really dynamic and funny. Bringing all of us into the jokes. Andres made the tour extremely interesting, it was the perfect compromise between a funny and an educational tour. I was afraid to stay too long near to the cathedral but all the anecdots and historical facts made the first hour around the cathedral really entertaining and quick ! The rest of the tour was really good as well, with all the must-see of Freiburg city center.

The tour was really amazing;
We were 5 friends doing a free tour in Friburgo; WE were also so lucky since the tour guidance was only with us, there was no other tourist doing this free tour.
The guide whose name is Andrés was so amazing and he was telling us diferent curiosities about Friburgo, not only hystorical events happened in this city and in this region but also some curiosities more atypical.
The guide was so nice and he recommended us to visit different interés ring places; (not only the most touristic ones).
I highky reccomend this tour since it was really pleasant and it is not monotonous

We went on a family trip (with a baby). It turned out that we were the only ones who booked the tour that day. Andres therefore took the seven of us on a private tour of Freiburg. Although we had been to Freiburg several times before, Andres told us lots of interesting stories and details that were new to us. We had a lot of fun and would highly recommend Andres' tour.

“Complete, informative and full of details”
Andrés was waiting for us at the Dom. Another couple joined us and we started this tour by listening to a summary of Freiburg's history and everything about the Dom, both outside and inside. We wouldn't have noticed many stories and details unless Andrés had explained them all. Then he took us around the most interesting places in the city, including personal stories and showing us hidden gems on the go. This was over a month ago, so I don't remember all the details exactly, except that we went to Martin Tor, and Andrés also gave us suggestions for the rest of our stay. “ Welcoming host”
Two hours just flew by. Only five people showed up for the tour, but Andres was delivering like there were 50 of us! With the same energy and enthusiasm, but with much more personal attention. It felt less like a guided tour and more like a walk with a friend showing you around their city. Highly recommended!

informativ und interessant gestaltet
die sprache war klar
ein wenig langsamer wäre gut gewesen

“Nice & informative tour”
We liked the tour in the city center. We spent about half of the tour with a few steps at the cathedral where we learned a lot about many details. Besides all the history we also learned about the current “to-go- places” and anecdotes about the city. It was worth it.
