Things to do Free Half Day Tour around Lima

Hi, guys! Today, I present you with a wonderful tour through the streets of historic Lima. We will visit the two main squares: Plaza San Martín and Plaza de Armas. We will explore emblematic monuments, such as the Bolivar Hotel and the Cathedral of Lima. We will discover how Lima got its name, why its monuments are yellow, and why it is known as the City of Kings. In addition, we will look for the hat of the founder of Lima, Francisco Pizarro, hidden in the Plaza de Armas. We will also go to Jirón, visit La Merced church, pass by the Maury Hotel (where the original pisco was created), and explore the house of a viceroy. Additionally, we will have a baby alpaca class where we will learn to distinguish between polyester, cotton, synthetic, baby alpaca, adult alpaca, and vicuña. Here we will also visit 2 local markets: Alameda Chabuca Granda and Chinatown, where we will find many local and delicious products. Finally, we will have a pisco sour class; here we will learn how to recognize an original pisco and taste 4 different flavors. Join this unique experience and discover the magic of Lima!
