All around the market you will find the best bars and cafes in the city, places where you will discover the Colonial blend of this city which has led to the creation of such delicious dishes.
Peruvian food is born from several culinary origins: Spanish, African, Italian, French and even a hint of Chinese and Japanese. All of these influences have contributed to creating the most amazing and delicious desserts, drinks and dishes.
Have you heard of chifles? These are thin strips of plantains that bring out the crunchiest savoury and sweet flavour you will have ever tried.
