“Great tour”
We had Jorge, who was very informative on the culture and history of Lima and Peru, so much so, our tour went over time.
We are in Lima for only 1.5days, so it was a nice way to get a bit of insight into the history of the town and the churches and old buildings here.

“Wonderful experience for Barranca tour”
FLOR first of all speaks excellent English, having studied in Canadian college for several years. She brings an international perspective to her tour. Of course she is very knowledgeable about Barranca, the historic mansions and their high profile or wealthy owners ( Unfortunately I am not familiar with the Lima business or media names)

We had an amazing tour! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and had a great sense of humor that made the experience so much fun. We learned so much about the history, culture, and local life.
The food and shopping recommendations were outstanding—we discovered places we never would have found on our own. This tour was informative, entertaining, and one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Después de contactar vía Whatsapp al guía que se presentó como Jorge jamás lo encontramos. Deberían usar un chaleco. Cuando reservamos este tour nos fijamos en su logo y la empresa como lo señalan en su website. Es una falta de respeto hacernos ir a Miraflores y no saber como presentarse. Cero recomendable.

“Buena caminata por Lima ”
El tour es interesante, se aprende mucho, y la guía, Valeria, está muy bien informada y conoce la historia de los lugares a fondo. Sin embargo, la organización deja todo que desear. En la instrucciones para el encuentro dice que los guías llevan chaleco amarillo con el logo de la empresa para distinguirlos pero ninguno lo tenía puesto. Es más, no se lo pusieron en ningún momento. Así que nosotros estuvimos como 15 minutos tratando de encontrar a los guías y tratando de entender quién era quién.
Las instrucciones del encuentro deben ser claras y los guías deben llevar visiblemente la insignia con la que se les distingue. O si no, no deberían poder esas instrucciones porque el tourista se confunde.

Nosso guia foi o Jorge. Ele compartilhou muito da história de Lima conosco, de um jeito divertido e leve. No nosso dia, uma das guias tinha faltado, então o Jorge fez o tour com todos da língua espanhola e da língua inglesa. Embora tenha, de fato, ficado um grupo grande, o jeito dele de contar a história foi muito tranquilo. Todos adoramos!

Publicidad engañosa. El guia oficial es altanero, y poco sensato. Que tipo de profesionales contrata una empresa de turismo en un destino tan visitado. Mis expectativas con ustes pues me la dejaron por las nubes. No toméis esta actividad con éste guia.

“Not very sensitive ”
Our tour guide was entertaining and threw some historical facts in, but we would’ve liked more detail and storytelling. We also found the tour be quite insensitive towards international communities. For example, there’s a part of the tour where we go to a restaurant and our tour guide, Jorge, is describing how delicious the local food is while showing us pictures on his phone. He constantly shoved his phone in our faces without asking for consent first and everything was animal based. My partner and I are both vegan and seeing dead animals on a plate was triggering. He also discussed at the local delicacy was guinea pigs and my partner didn’t know what a guinea pig was, so I explained to them that in some countries it’s a pet. He overheard me explaining it and said “yes, in some countries it’s a pet, but here, it’s as delicious as a fat rabbit!” Then proceeded to make faces and show a photo of a murdered and cooked guinea pig. I never had the pet myself, but I found this comment to be incredibly cruel and insensitive to people who may have actually had one growing up, as it’s a common pet for children (I’m a school teacher). Also, I understand that it’s the culture, but he could have explained with less vulgarity. In Vietnam and China, I saw dogs on rotisserie, but one thing is to see and understand cultures are different and another is to make fun of foreigners and our love and sensitivity for animals or rub it in our faces. That pretty much ruined the rest of the tour for us.

“Bueno sin embargo el guia muy rudo”
Además de que el guia que nos asignaron era muy rudo y hablaba con mucha agresividad. El grupo era muy extenso. Nos daba a gritos, no fue nada cómodo para nosotras porque habia harta gente en las calles Centro de Lima por si fuera poco. Tampoco nos gustó la locomoción.
El guia parece ser informado y ducho en su materia pero muy descontrolado. No lo recomendaría.

Nuestro guia un profesional y eso se nota. Sin embargo me siento confundida y estafada no sé si nos mostraron el barrio chino como está anunciado que ése fue el motivo principal porque el cual reserve con FWTP. Este mal sabor de boca no recomiendo.

“Perfect way to get to know Lima! ”
Great tour, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave really good recommendations. We loved San Francisco churros! We covered different elements of the town, from churches to monuments and squares while addressing many interesting points of the Peruvian history.
