Here you’ll learn how the tradition of “Weiberfastnacht” (Women’s Carnival) began in 1824 and what role the self-assured laundresses of Beuel played in it. People using wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, or with visual impairments are also very welcome! We’ll tailor the route and pace to your needs after prior consultation. If you’d like, you can wrap up the tour in a relaxed atmosphere with Rhineland specialties and a freshly tapped Kölsch.
