We had a very nice time!
The only recommendation from our side is that the tour needs more walking and more stops. There are plenty of things to see in the town and the tour doesn’t take advantage of that. We were standing for too long.

Fue el peor tour sin duda.
El guía iba sobre la marcha. Dábamos vueltas en círculo. No daba explicación ninguna o carecían de interés.
Sin terminar el tour, nosotros mismos lo dimos por finalizado porque estábamos aburridos y con la sensación de que estábamos perdiendo el tiempo.

“Nos dejaron tirados”
Llegamos al punto de encuentro y tras tardar un rato en localizar al guía, cuando lo hacemos, nos dice que el tour lo va a hacer en inglés, cuando la reserva era en español. Le decimos que nosotros los reservamos y nos confirmaron el día antes, que estaba todo ok, aún así, nos intenta porfiar, diciéndonos que lo hemos reservado en inglés, le enseño la propia reserva, para acabar diciéndome que si puedo buscarlo otro tour de los que hay por la plaza que lo intente, que él lo va a hacer en inglés. Sin más preocupación, se dio la vuelto y atendió a otras personas.
Nula organización, nulo compromiso, nula atención. Mal por la agencia “Bravo Discovery”.
Finalmente nos pudimos sumar a otro tour que el guía, tras contarle lo ocurrido, nos atiendo amablemente (Adventours).

We were a group of students from Amsterdam. We had a lovely time getting to know the city through this walking tour. The guide was very engaging and had a lot of insight on different things to do and places to visit. The chocolate tasting at the end of the tour was an added bonus I highly recommend!

Le tour était sympa, on en sait plus sur l’histoire de la Belgique et de Bruxelles. Des bonnes adresses également.
Cependant j’ai moyennement apprécié que le guide, juste après m’avoir dit bonjour me dise directement « pour information il faut donner un tips, habituellement on donne entre 25 et 50€ par personne ». Je suis habituée du concept des freetour et des tips et j’ai trouvé cette accueil désagréable.

Ringo fue un excelente guía!! Desde que nos acercamos al grupo, y mientras esperábamos la hora de inicio, comenzó a platicarnos sobre la historia de Bruselas y sobre la cultura del país. Demostró ser un guía muy atento porque recordaba la profesión de cada uno de los asistentes y mencionaba datos históricos relacionados con cada uno de nosotros. Ringo no desaprovechó ni un minuto del tour, incluso entre los traslados de punto a punto nos platicaba detalles interesantes del lugar, la gente, la comida, hacía recomendaciones o nos contaba anécdotas. Es notable que es apasionado de su profesión, se aprecia cuando alguien ama lo que hace. Además todo lo platica de forma amena e incluso bromista. He tomado alrededor de 20 walking tours en distintas ciudades europeas y el de Ringo me parece el mejor hasta ahora!!

“Really informative”
Kristoff was an excellent guide. We chose this tour on our last day (Friday) so we had seen the tourist sights. He is very knowledgeable and showed us parts of Brussels that we would not have known about or seen without him - especially when he had a key to a gated area that showed that Brussels had a water way running through it - who would have known! He asks people if they are OK to continue to the next stop or if we wanted to move any faster. We had a very welcome break to escape the cold and we would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to know more about Brussels. Thank you Kristoff.

“Too long”
Tour started off well and the guide had good knowledge about the historical buildings and main attractions eg grand place, mannekin pis. However it started to go on a bit too long (over 3 hours) and took us to some places that weren’t really necessary. Tour guide had great energy but towards the end felt it was dragging on. Great tour if you are on a relaxed schedule but otherwise you might be tight on time

It was super cold out so he allowed us a 10 minute warmup break which was appreciated by everyone.

“Nice tour but way too long”
I love a good free tour and understand that you tip at the end. Whilst this tour did provide some Interesting insights into the grand place and very central brussels. However the 2.5 hour tour took over 4 hours in the end, and much of the last hour didn't add mich to my brussels understanding. The guide himself was lovely and was forever trying to be accommodation, but this made things very slow. Unfortunately I would not recommend this tour.

Our guide Christophe was an excellent storyteller and delivered a range of information about Brussels in an entertaining manner. The tour started a bit late due to late guests, and also finished late as a result.

Ian from Bravo Discovery led a great 2.5 hour walking tour of Brussels with great facts. Knowledgeable and entertaining!

I did enjoy the tour in Brussels, which I found useful and entertaining. The guide was taking care of the group, provided interesting facts and his opinion.
However, to call it a walking tour+ chocolate tasting is not completely correct. You walk into chocolaterie , don't see anything, no info about the place or chocolate, get one piece of chocolate and a discount coupon and leave.
What is more, if it is Free walking tour and I pay what I feel, why did I get instructions that I give tips what I feel, from 10€ to 20€. Arent these tours supposed to be cheaper than professional tours?
And the last thing, i truly believe that we should start at the set time, without waiting for late people. And if somebody get's lost, or walks away during the tour, that's on them.

Excellent guide who was so informative and easy to listen to. Ian gave over and above expectations. It really helped us have a great weekend. He pointed us to the Toone puppet theatre that we would not have known about.

“Walking tour Brussels ”
The tour guide was funny and made things easy going and relaxed. He gave input as to the best places to eat, buy chocolate etc. The tour would be better if he included more historic sites . We visited a church and not much was said about it, we passed a church, though not protected, it would have been nice if information was given. I mean , huge structures in the city that will peak interest when being passed , information should be available about them. Questions will be asked as we are curious creatures. The tour was good overall and he did well . The audience was happy and he was well received.

Nos presentamos en el tour a la hora y lugar indicado en la reserva y nos indicaron q no iban a realizar la visita sin habernos avisado previamente, nos unimos a otra empresa para realizar la excursión. Muy mal por la organización.
