Our first impression of Bruges was brilliant, and a part of that experience was thanks to our great tour guide Steve. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the city, Steve immediately put us at ease with a friendly smile and handshake. You could tell Steve wasn’t just reciting a script—Steve truly loved sharing what he knew of Bruges with others. What stood out most was the level of detail Steve brought to every story, every building, and every street. Whether we were wandering along the canals, standing beneath the Belfry, or tucked away in one of the quieter, hidden corners of the city, Steve put together rich historical facts with engaging anecdotes and local legends. Overall, this tour was a highlight and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges. The city itself is breathtaking, and Steve did a great job of bringing it to life.

Solo-traveler approved! Arthur’s two-hour circuit felt like wandering with a witty local friend. Between canal views he slipped me insider tips for craft-beer cafés and the best praline counter in town—both turned out spot-on. Couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome to the city.
