We booked a tour called "evenign tour including free beer" but on the meeting point we found a guide from the sams agency starting a tour for "the dark side of Bruges". We figured out that there was a mistake but we followed along. It was really interesting and funny. The guide, a man named Martin, Is prepared and full of good stories to understand Better the city.

Creímos que lo del tour nocturno sería visitando bares pero no, lo de la cerveza gratis es un gancho pero no es real, te dan un código QR para entrar a un bar y ahi, dependiendo de lo que consumas -y pagues- te pueden dar "hasta una cerveza".

The only disappointment was that I expected to follow the program, with the listed think , and that was my aim in booking. So it was nice, but not the tour I expected.

Wir hatten mit Hilde einen tollen Spaziergang durch Brügge. Hilde ist in Brügge aufgewachsen und hat uns durch Straßen geführt, die wir sonst nie betreten hätten und hatte Geschichten für uns, die wir zuvor nicht kannten. Insgesamt sehr kurzweilig und absolut lohnenswert! Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Tour endete recht weit entfernt vom Ausgangspunkt.

Nice tour with a very knowledgeable guide in Hilde but the tour should end either in the main square or nearby. This tour ended 25 minutes away im dark and unfamiliar neighborhoods. The route could be better planned.

Creo que el tour se hace muy ameno gracias a la guía. En mi caso íbamos en familia con un niño de 13 años y a todos se nos hizo muy corto a pesar de estar dos horas donde las explicaciones de la guía fueron claras y divertidas.
Como única pega le pongo que, debido a las fechas había muchas actividades en el punto de encuentro, mercadillo, carrera de navidad, y eso nos retrasó un poco. Por lo demás todo genial

A night tour is quite nice in such an aesthetic city. You get to explore a lot and all of it still very much visible although it's dark. Our guide Astrid was lovely and passionate about telling us about the history but also she was quite funny too.

Astrid was the guide. Really lovely personality, humour, and perfect energy for an evening tour. She was very engaged with the group. It was my first night in Bruges and this was a good way to get to the town a bit whilst hearing some of the more unusual stories and local myths. Would definitely recommend.
Also - when people were paying tips at the end she had the good manners not to check how much people were giving. I wish more guides did that! It can be very awkward for the person giving the tip.
