This is a self-guided adventure crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore Bologna across 11 iconic locations while playing as Andrea Satutto, a famous italian detective, investigating an unsolvable murder mystery. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the city center of Bologna and includes many locally known facts that simply cannot be found in a guidebook or a browser search. Starting from Porta Galliera, the stops are spaced an average of around 250m apart, with each location taking around 10 min to complete. The route also passes through Piazza Rossini, Basilica di San Petronio, and Mercato Piazzola. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location.
