From there, we wander through the flea market, past the Roman Agora and the mysterious Tower of the Winds, and into the heart of Plaka, the “neighborhood of the gods.” Then we’ll climb into Anafiotika, a hidden corner of Athens that looks like a Cycladic island tucked beneath the Acropolis. Here, we'll enjoy one of the city's best photo spots and talk about the lives of the islanders who built this tiny village in the 1800s. We continue to the Areopagus Hill, where you’ll get a stunning panoramic view of the Acropolis, the city, and the mountains beyond.
