Tour route: Yerevan → Areni → Tatev → Yerevan I Point The village of Areni has been the wine-making center of Armenia since ancient times. At the entrance to the city, there are two beautiful wine factories, where you can take a tour and taste the best Armenian wines. II Point Noravank monastery (translated as New Monastery) was built in the 13th century and is one of the oldest and most famous monasteries in Armenia. Surrounded by an area for fascinating walks and massive ridges with a fantastic landscape where you can make amazing photos. III Point The cable car «Wings of Tatev» is the longest in the world (pendulum type, 5752 meters). It was built in 2010 at the initiative of Ruben Vardanyan and Veronica Zonabend. Inside the cabin, there is an audio guide throughout the journey, which lasts 15 minutes and ends in the famous Tatev monastery, which was built in 906 and was the spiritual center of the Syunik region for centuries.
