“NESSUN TOUR ”
Sono stata un’ora dalle 16,50 a girarmi intorno nella piazza punto di incontro per cercare di individuare una guida. Ho chiesto anche ad altri gruppi ma non nessuna informazione utile mi è stata data,
Devo purtroppo dire che manca organizzazione e efficienza nel servizio che offrite, che seppur gratuito non ha per niente rispetto delle persone.
Nella registrazione avete preteso un numero telefonico. Mi chiedo per quale motivo se non lo usate.
