“Malta Magic”
First time visitors to Malta and despite the baking heat, we fell in love with the country immediately. To add to the wonder and history of Valletta, our Free Walking Tour gave us a taste of all of the layers to peel back for further exploring. The tour was just long enough considering the extreme temperature and our guide kept us in the shade as much as possible while giving us an excellent overview of the history of Malta. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Douglas more highly! He is an exceptionally engaging guide. He cared a lot about the comfort of his group in the Maltese heat and made sure we could always hear him. “A Great History Lesson ”
We had a wonderful guide, Dylan. He is a history teacher so we had a great lesson on the history of Malta. We also got to see all the important and beautiful architectures in Valletta. So it was a good tour. The only comment is that the group was too big, we had over 30 people so it was hard to hear the guide even with a small microphone.

We always start our city visits with a Freetour whenever possible and are always delighted. This tour of Valletta was interesting, informative, and entertaining. Our guide, Julia. was phenomenal. Her broad knowledge and infectious charm were in abundance. The tour is 90 minutes, but we would have readily spent much longer in her company, and we are certain she would have been able to fill hours with her stories of Maltese history. My husband and I really enjoyed the walking tour of Valetta this evening with Julia. She was engaging, extremely informative and enthusiastic.
We learnt so much about the history of Malta, of which she is extremely passionate.
The tour was of perfect length and explored buildings and locations of historical significance.
She was also amusing ,but very tactful when discussing periods in the history of Malta that could have been considered difficult for certain nationalities in the group.

“Informative Führung ”
Die Führung mit freetour war insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung. Unser Guide hat die Inhalte extrem kurzweilig und lebhaft rübergebracht – man hat gemerkt, dass da echtes Herzblut und Fachwissen dahintersteckt. Wir haben in kurzer Zeit viele informative Fakten gelernt, ohne dass es sich wie eine trockene Geschichtsstunde angefühlt hat.
Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Größe der Gruppe. Es war leider ziemlich voll, was es manchmal schwierig machte, alles akustisch perfekt zu verstehen oder den Anschluss nicht zu verlieren.
Fazit: Inhaltlich top und absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man über die Gruppengröße hinwegsehen kann!

“Waste of money and time”
This is a tour where you pay 22 euro but still has 25 people. That's a large group to wait for everyone to walk to the next stop and everyone to hear what the guide is saying. There was construction and I was bit late but I didn't have guide's direct contact. I attended a free tour in Mdina and Rabat in the afternoon where we received the whatsapp message after the registration and there are only 10 people. She provided lots of details about everything. So after getting the money in advance it seems like this company doesn't care while the other one is working hard to get your satistaction. There was a world of difference between the two which drew me to write this review.
