“The best tour from all we have ever been! ”
Mourad was the best! We Loved it! Was super well organised! It’s not our first time assisting such tours but this was the best without doubt! He made it enjoyable, quick and with a lot of information but in a way that you don’t end up overloaded and can’t remember anything anymore. We saw hidden VIP spots that we would never would see without him, which is really appreciated.
A bit + that We could hear everything and didn’t have to run behind the guide in order to hear everything, which happens in most of the tours. As they offer earphones and a guide.
A part we were with a 4 year old which made it convenient, in case we were walking behind everyone.

“Discover of Siena's history and hidden gems ”
The tour focused on the main attractions of the city, but while walking from site to site the guide enriched our tour with a lot of curiosities about the town and its traditions. I would definitely recommend this experience and hope to be able to replicate it on another city

A very good morning spent listening to some great facts & stories of beautiful Siena. Our guide loved his city & passed that on to us. Loved the videos of the horse race.

“Tour was okay, but a bit disappointing”
The tour guide was friendly and knew a lot about the city and its history. However, we were disappointed that the guide used a microphone and all the participants got headsets. It really diminishes the authenticity of a tour like this. Due to the microphone, the tour guide kept talking and talking. But nobody is able to listen constantly for 2 hours. We got distracted and did not hear a lot from what she said.
Our recommendation would be to lose the headsets and walk from one point to another and wait with talking until you get to a certain point with the whole group.

“Erfrischende Stadtführung sehr zu empfehlen ”
Wir haben die Tour sehr genossen, lebendige Geschichte wurde uns geboten. Gute Mischung von Themen, für unseren Geschmack nahm das jährliche Pferderennen zu viel Raum ein. Alles in allem eine sehr gelungene und bereichernde Stadtführung mit einer sympathischen, sehr kompetenten Frau.

Julie the guide was wonderful. Although she didn't have headsets available, she more than made up for it. She stopped at many locations to give us in depth descriptions of many areas of Siena. She went over and above and extended the tour on her time. We really appreciated her efforts. An absolutely spectacular guide.

She gave information not only on the history and stories of the city and it's buildings but also on tips for seeing some of the tourist attractions and going to local restaurants. The guide was nice and the tour was useful but we found very rude the “information” about the mínimum amount for the tip…we would have given her the same amount without saying,but with better feeling. We had better experiences in other cities.

Only point for improvement is the meeting point, as at it was a bit difficult to find the group.

“A pleasant tour”
The tour was really nice, interesting and well planned. We got to see some amazing views and hidden parts of the city. The guide showed up a bit late, but he brought radios with headphones for 2 persons which made the tour easy to follow. At the end he gave use some useful tips for the restaurants and traditional food.

We discovered the origins of the "contrada" and how they have affected the social life of Siena ever since, as well as the intriguing history of the duomo and its unique features.
