“Interesting architecture tour with Jekaterina ”
I recently joined an architecture tour of Riga’s Old Town with Jekaterina and really enjoyed it. She has a background in architecture, so she explains buildings, styles and urban details on a much deeper level, pointing out things I would never have noticed on my own.
Her tour was very informative but never boring, she balanced history, professional insights and fun facts really well. On top of that, Jekaterina is a very pleasant person to talk to: friendly, easy-going and happy to answer any questions.
I highly recommend Jekaterina as a guide if you’re interested in the architecture and story behind Riga’s Old Town.

“Exceptional and Informative ”
A truly exceptional experience. Even though I was the only participant, Jekaterina took all the time to introduce me to the rich diversity of architectural styles in Riga‘s old town. Being an art historian, she had all the expertise to make the tour superbly informative, while the atmosphere was very comfortable and easy going. She adapted the tour perfectly to my level of prior knowledge. Can only recommend!

This tour gives a good view of the different architectural styles that you see around the city and how one has led to another and where that influence has come from.
Easy to follow and the guide has a very good knowledge of the topic.
