As night falls over Paris, watch how this city transforms itself and lives up to its colloquial name “City of Lights”. Let yourself be blown away by the beauty of this capital city and marvel at the illuminated monuments as you wander through the city at night.
Our Spanish speaking guide will accompany us on this walk where we will be shown important monuments and buildings like the Opera Garnier, the site that inspired “The Phantom of the Opera”; the Madeleine Church, a majestic temple with a Greek inspired style; and the Place de la Concorde, one of the most symbolic in Paris.
We will also take a stroll down the most important avenue in Paris, the Champs Elysées until we reach the monumental complex, the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais, two large buildings that host cultural events. We will cross the Seine as we walk over the amazing bridge, Pont Alexandre III, a historical monument that shows the alliance between France and Russia and finally we will marvel the forecourt of Les Invalides where the remains of Napoleon Bonaparte are buried in the National Palace.
This walking tour ends with the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower lit up, a real show of lights and colours.
