Ormai utilizzo questa formula da un po' di tempo e sono convinto che sia la migliore soluzione per visitare un luogo in maniera simpatica e coinvolgente se non si vuole un approfondimento molto specifico. La nostra guida pur non utilizzando un microfono, cosa che in genere preferisco, è riuscita a farsi sentire molto bene tranne in punti di maggior schiamazzo dove penso neanche un microfono avrebbe avuto la meglio! “Almost missed the tour”
Meeting point was not easy to find. We caught up with tour 15 minutes in progress. Google maps was not working and 3 locals had never heard of the meeting point suggested. Streets of Palermo were very busy and noisy and so we missed 50% of the content and comments. Suggest that meeting point should be a famous building that everyone has heard of. Find quieter spots to provide commentary. History provided was not very deep, was hoping for more history and fewer legends.

Hicimos el tour un día con lluvia, pero eso no detuvo a Antonella ,nuestra guía que nos deleito con una visita super completa y muy amena por PALERMO.
Se quedó corto, pq la ciudad está súper BIEN. Cuidad interesante y nos enseñó varios sitios , espectaculares, y nos dió consejos de donde comer y donde ir. Además durante la visitas conocimos gente muy maja.

We walked around the streets when we arrived on Saturday and spent all day Sunday covering the sections we missed the previous day, we saw the No Mafia Exhibition, which we loved. The guide, apologies we didn't catch his name, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us context of the big places, the history of invasion and destruction. However at the end of the guided tour we walked into a 2nd War photography exhibition ✨️. We love the hidden treasures. There is so much more to Palermo. ????

The tour covered many places and made great use of the 2 hours. The tour didn’t feel rushed and we spent a satisfying amount of time at each stop. My tour guide Renata was phenomenal and very receptive to questions! She was very knowledgeable and went into great detail when describing the history and significance different landmarks in the city. Along with this, she spoke at a good pace and volume to make it easy to follow again. At the end, she also gave great food recommendations when I asked her where to find a good Valentine’s Day meal! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Palermo, even if it’s not your first time!

Due ore interessanti e divertenti in giro x Palermo. Rossana simpatica e preparata ci ha raccontato storia e leggende Palermitane. E non poteva mancare qualche dettaglio sullo street food. Super consigliato per iniziare una vacanza a Palermo.
Non so se x il periodo ma il tour era disponibile solo al mattino. Consiglio di proporlo anche nel pomeriggio per chi si ferma poco tempo.

The tour was fine, but it had a few drawbacks. The introduction started at a noisy construction site, which wasn't ideal, as it didn't add much to the story of the city. It would have been better to move to a quieter and more interesting location. Additionally, the guide's introduction took longer than I expected, which took away time from the actual tour. The website mentioned that the tour would last 2 hours, but in reality, it lasted 3.5 hours, causing us to run late for other plans.
While the information about the city was useful, I'm not sure why the tour took that long. Overall, I was expecting a shorter and more dynamic experience, so I think the organization could have been improved.
