Agafay Desert Dinner with Camel Sunset from Marrakech

Experience the sunset and incredible night sky as you enjoy a magical dinner in the Agafay Desert. Get picked up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech with a transfer, then head into the Agafay Desert, just 40min outside of the city. You don’t need to travel to the Sahara to watch a desert sunset. Arrive in the amazing stone desert and appreciate the landscape and scenery of the Atlas Mountains including our first stop nearby Takerkoust for the welcome cup of tea with local herbs. Then take amazing pictures of the surrounding area including the landscape of the snow-capped Atlas mountains. After this, we will carry on for 20 minutes driving to the middle of the Agafay Desert for the sunset at the camp where we will take a seat in a comfortable tent to begin our sunset meal. Savor a delicious traditional Moroccan dinner and soak up the wonderful atmosphere as the sun sets and the night sets in. Gaze up at the stars and immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert landscape. Enjoy a fantastic dinner of traditional Moroccan recipes: salads, soups, tajin, and couscous.... all topped off by traditional Gnawa and Berbers music.
