Things to do Lyon Free Tour: History and Tradition
We begin our tour at Place Bellecour. After a brief presentation to situate us in the history and soul of the city, we will enter the heart of the Presqu'île. We will admire the Célestins theater and the harmonious architecture of the Place des Jacobins. We will cross the Passage de l'Argue until we reach the lively Rue Mercière, famous for its varied gastronomic offer. From there, we will head to Vieux Lyon, one of the best preserved medieval and Renaissance neighborhoods in Europe, where we will explore such highlights as the Palace of Justice, the Roman archaeological garden, the Saint-Jean cathedral and its museums. We will also delve into the traboules, historic passageways that hide fascinating stories. Finally, we will return to La Presqu'île to discover the Place des Terreaux, the City Hall and the Lyon Opera House, undisputed symbols of the city. Throughout the tour, I will share with you recommendations of restaurants, traditional bouchons, cafés and other special places that will make your experience in Lyon even more complete. “Nunca apareció!!!!”
Estamos acostumbrados a realizar free tour y es la primera vez que nos sucede que no aparezca el guía. Estuvimos a horario en el punto de encuentro. Primero envió un mensaje que estaba demorado 3/5 minutos. Cuando habían pasado 15 minutos escribí y no tuve respuesta. A los20 minutos volví a escribir y me dijo que estaban moviéndose en el Teatro. Le pedí que nos esperara que íbamos hacia allí. Estábamos a 4 minutos. Llegamos y no habían nadie. Le vuelvo a escribir y después de unos minutos me responde que estaban en otro lugar y que si quería me sumara. A esa altura no hubiese resultado agradable compartir ningun paseo con el Guía. Le manifesté el desagrado con la situación y la poca seriedad del servicio ofrecido y nos retiramos. Hubo algo que llamó nuestra atención, en el punto de encuentro no estaba ni el guía ni tampoco había nadie esperándolo. Solo nosotros 2. Tal vez no le servía atender solo dos turistas y se entiende pero hubiese sido honesto que nos lo dijera y no pasaba nada.

El guia ha llegado cao 10 minutos tarde. Sius explicaciones durante el recorrido son muy vagas, poco trabajadas (olvida nombres, no siempre tiene respuestas para las consultas ...) En ocasiones hace comentarios críticas sobre los ciudadanos franceses y sus costumbres, lo que podría resultar ofessoos
Se ha excedido del tiempo y ha terminado casi a las 14 horas, que teniendo en cuenta el horario de comidas local, impide que puedas sentarte a comer en la mayoría de restaurantes y dificulta a los asistentes poder disfrutar de sus famosos restaurantes. En definitiva, poco profesional y muy mejorable
