Free Tour of the City of La Paz

We will visit the most attractive places in La Paz and El Alto, including spectacular viewpoints. We will learn about the Aymara culture and the tradition of the Yatiris, the "sorcerers" who are still a living part of both cities.

Things to do Free Tour of the City of La Paz

We will meet at the "Tienda Mistura", by the Basílica Menor de San Francisco between Sagarnaga and Murillo streets. You will recognize me by the Bolivian flag. Our first point will be the Basilica Menor de San Francisco to explain the colonial part of La Paz, then to see the esoteric part of downtown: the street of the witches, a ride on the cable car to El Alto and back to see the colorful Chualluma area and finally to see the most popular square downtown, Plaza Murillo.
