Things to do Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Bomber Museum Free Tour

We’re Nam, Van, Lisa, and Julia, a group of young locals who speak English fluently, each holding a Professional Tour Guide Certificate. Having called Hanoi home for over twenty years, we have a deep love for this city and all its hidden gems. Join us on a journey through Vietnam’s history, where we’ll uncover the life of Uncle Ho and the incredible strength of the Vietnamese people. - Begin at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where “Uncle Ho” rests. - Next, we’ll see the grand Presidential Palace (optional), built during French colonial times. - Inside the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the exhibit shows a piece of Ho Chi Minh’s journey and the nation’s struggle against French colonization and anti-American resistance. - Then, we’ll visit the peaceful One Pillar Pagoda, a temple shaped like a lotus. - Our next stop is the B-52 Museum, where we’ll see the remains of a B-52 bomber from the Vietnam War. Here, you’ll learn about the tough battles Vietnam fought against powerful forces. - Finally, we’ll visit a hidden lake where a B-52 plane lies partially submerged. NOTE: HO CHI MINH MAUSOLEUM IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE FROM SEP 5 TO NOV 3. ONLY OUTSIDE VIEWING AND COMPLEX VISITS ARE AVAILABLE
