We´ll wake up in Sapa and enjoy watching the sunrise and a full day in the city where our minibus will take us to Ta Van, a small village located in the heart of the rice fields. There, the ethnic group Zay awaits us for breakfast before we head off on one of our treks. Our H´Mong guide will take us deep into the Natural Park where we will admire many more small villages and meet the ethnic groups that live in them.
Wander around the terraced rice fields and the enormous lush valley and cross the river to Lao Chai where we will visit the local school followed by lunch in a traditional house. Next, ensure you manage to get some rest as you take in the spectacular views.
After lunch and a good rest, return to the Lao Chai valley as far as the Y Linh Ho valley en route to Giang Ta Chai Vietnam.

This time we set off in the direction of the Cat waterfalls, have a go at crossing the Bamboo Forest, and jump through the waterfalls, this is a landscape that will leave you feeling totally amazed.
After this adventure, return to our Homestay for a bite to eat and to say our goodbyes to our host family. Get some rest and enjoy the return trip back to Sapa where we will have some free time to explore the city before heading back to Hanoi.
DAY 5: The 500 steps of the Mau Cave
Our bus leaves the old quarter in Hanoi and will head in the direction of Hoa Lu, once the capital of Vietnam where we will go on a route that explores the old temples and ruins built to commemorate various emperors.
After this, we´ll run up the almost 500 steps up to Mau Cave. From the peak of the mountain, we´ll be able to admire the most breathtaking views of our destination.
Have lunch at a local restaurant and then sail away on a small boat around the Van Long Natural Reserve through the hidden caves along the meanders of the rivers where some of the Delacour´s langur may be around waiting for us.
After enjoying the limestone hills which emerge from the ground scattered across the rice fields, our cruise will bring us back to the harbor and we will return to Hanoi.
