Glendalough and Kilkenny with Spanish guide

Just 1 hour approximately from Dublin, we will arrive at the wonderful mountains of Wicklow. Where we will delight in its spectacular landscapes of valleys and lakes, in which scenes from movies such as Braveheart, Ps I love you and the Vikings series have been filmed.

We will stop at its valley and Glendalough monastery. We will visit this medieval monastery surrounded by lakes and with a characteristic circular Irish tower. We will hear very interesting stories and legends about the monks and villagers who lived here and about the Viking attacks they suffered.

From here we will go to the medieval city of Kilkenny, with its majestic Anglo-Norman castle on the hill that dominates this small city. One of the most historic and picturesque in Ireland. We will take a walking tour through its cobbled streets and medieval arches and we will get to know its Celtic legends, witches and Anglo-Norman knights and their ladies.

Also enough time to continue learning a little more about her for yourselves. Time for lunch.

From here to Dublin, remembering everything we enjoyed on this spectacular excursion and getting ready to enjoy a few pints and traditional music in one of the many authentic Irish pubs that Dublin has to offer.
