The tour was beautiful and I really wish I got to finish. Klaudia was so interested in the history of Guatemala and sharing it. I had to leave because I was sick and she messaged me giving me information about local hospitals and checking in to make sure I was okay. “Amazing tour”
Klaudia was such a great tour guide. She had a well-rounded tour talking about all different subjects related to Guatemala and Antigua. She had great recommendations on places to go, both local and more touristy, and even mapped out the city for us and gave us the physical map. She took us to churchs, inside restaurants to discuss the food, to a free chocolate and tea tasting, to the fabric store, to the local street food and more places. It was so diverse. She also answered all our questions and was very engaging by always asking us what we already knew, and wanting to expand our knowledge. She was prepared to tell us anything we wanted to know. Most importantly, to me, she really gave insight into the how people in Guatemala and Antigua truly live, and that was my favorite part of the tour. At the end, she even gave us free bracelets which was so kind and unexpected. Would highly recommend! :)

We looked at so many tours before somehow deciding to do this one. We were so glad we did. Klaudia was warm, welcoming, and informed. We enjoyed that it was a combo of history, Klaudia's thought on the country/city, and tips/advice. If you want the deep history dive and every bit of architecture etc, not the best tour for you. But, if you want a personable, funny guide, a local, and a great overview of the city, this is the best tour!

Fantastic tour. Klaudia undersold herself at the start of the tour, saying her english was not good, and its mainly an orientation tour. Her english was excellent, and the tour was extremely interesting, with mini quizzes and questions to keep us engaged. Klaudia has wonderful knowledge of the Antigua and her country, which helps us to understand more about the Mayan culture and history of Antigua and Guatemala.
With any free tour, there is always the expectation to tip. One person arrived late, so Klaudia explained politely how the tour works, and as they said they did not bring any money, as it said free tour, she politely said that if they do not plan to leave a tip, then they cannot join the tour. Which we all completely agreed was the right thing to do.

“Fantastico”
I booked this tour about an hour before I took it. I met Claudia at the appointed spot, and she was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Her other three bookings did not show, but she still continued to give me a personalized tour. Her topics and explanations were very interesting and unique. Mostly, she painted a picture of the cultural experience of Antigua and Guatemala as a whole. Many interesting facts, as well as thoughts about Life in Guatemala. unique tour for sure. I did allow her to speak in her native Spanish, and she enjoyed that, as did I.

“Amazing walking tour through Antigua ”
I cannot recommend Klaudia enough. She was so resourceful on everything when it came to local food, textiles, and history. She was very interactive and truly made an effort to know everyone in our small group. I could have kept on with the tour for hours. 100% recommend

“Klaudia was fantastic - great option to get your bearings in Ant”
So passionate and kind and knowledgeable. She was not in a rush and even when we were getting close to time she gave us the option to stop or keep going! So we got about 2.5 hours. At the end she had a really useful map which was marked with good suggestions and our route we had taken and she gave us all a hand made bracelet. Highly recommend on your day one in Antigua! Klaudia knows a lot about Antigua and Guatemalan history as well. She does. A good job of engaging folks on the tour. Note that the tour lasted longer than 2 hours so plan ahead if you have a time crunch!

This was a great tour, which covered many topics including culture, food, Antigua, Guatemala in general and a nice amount of history (though it is not specifically a historic tour). Klaudia is a wonderful guide. We would absolutely recommend!
