This tour is a scenic experience that includes knowledge about the geography, flora, fauna, the foundation and historical development of the districts of San Isidro, San Fernando and Vicente López and of the Garden City-Lomas del Palomar in the district of Tres de Febrero up to the present day, and the historical and cultural heritage of the part of the Argentine Latin American population that is descended from the Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese European Latin populations, and from the British and Irish European populations that settled in those areas, and gave origin to the regional folkloric cultural identity.
The majority of this part of the Argentine Latin American population belongs to the current Friulian-Venetian, Julian, Lombard, Piedmontese, French, Asturian, Galician and Portuguese Celtic Latin ethnic populations, and to the current Scottish and Irish Celtic ethnic populations.
