Embark on a journey through the beautiful city of Rome. Our tour begins at the impressive Colosseum, where we will delve into its construction, epic wild beast fights, naval battles and legendary gladiatorial clashes.
We will begin our tour of the Eternal City next to the Arch of Constantine and the majestic Roman Colosseum, where we will also talk about the Arch of Titus or the Temple of Venus and Rome. We will continue our tour along the Via dei Fori Imperiali, perhaps the most important route during the splendor of the Roman Empire. You will learn about the history, anecdotes and other curiosities of the most famous Emperors of Rome. In Piazza Venezia, in front of the colossal and impressive Altar of the Fatherland, a mass of stone covered with marble, gives us the feeling of being on Olympus with the gods. We will ascend to Piazza del Campidoglio, where we will find the Town Hall of Rome, other significant buildings of this square and the sculpture of Emperor Marcus Aurelius. Behind the Town Hall, we will look out onto the magnificent terrace overlooking the Roman Forum. We will enter the Jewish Quarter of Rome to see some still Roman remains, such as the Portico of Octavia and the Largo of Torre Argentina. We will finish with a great explanation of the Pantheon of Rome, a magnificent construction from the time of Augustus.
