Tour designed to learn about the olive - tree, fruit, and oil. In the medium-sized olive grove located on the outskirts of the village. Grove is taken care of with great love and responsibility to nature. Seated in a hilly terrain, surrounded by shrubs and pine trees (burned or spared from the bush fire a year ago in April). Breathing the famous Aegean summer winds. Nurturing fruits in a microclimate of its own. How big are the fruits now? Green or black? When is the time for oil? And then, what do we do with it? The answers are here. It includes also guided olive oil tasting. You will learn how to taste olive oil, how to recognize its positive and negative attributes, and how to choose one that you like.
