Terezin Private Tour from Prague

The itinerary of Terezin Private Tour from Prague will start at the meeting point at 9:00 in the morning. The one-way trip will take almost an hour to reach the main fortress.

To better understand Terezín, during the journey you will be informed of historical and technical details that will later be related to what happened there.

On leaving Prague we will pass by the monument to the actors of the Anthropoid operation. We will take a panoramic view of the main fortress that is a city. The whole city was the Jewish Ghetto. In the cemetery complex you will hear about figures, motives and methods.

We will enter a museum to find out about names, facts and manners. Then we will continue to the national cemetery while the guide will explain the differences between the Ghetto and the Camp, then we will visit the Concentration Camp following the same route that the prisoners followed, starting in the administrative courtyard.

After the “Arbeit macht frei”, we will arrive at the area for prisoners. We will pass through a part of the fortress casemates and we will arrive at the shooting range to go out to a part of the residential area.

At about 3:00 p.m. we will be back in Prague.
