Sanghachoeling Monastery is the oldest Buddhist monastery in Sikkim and in India. Constructed in 1697, the monastery lies on top of a hill. The monastery offers excellent view of the nearby areas. The hike takes you through the unpaved road all the way upto the monastery and should take no more than 45-50 mins to reach the top.
