Brilliant. our tour guide Rafaelo was superb. Knowledgeable, amusing ( he made what could be a boring history lesson into an amusing and interesting story) and enthusiastic. On a terribly rainy day he cleverly and carefully adjusted his tour route to ensure we were sheltered as much as possible without missing any of the sights. A real asset to your organisation.

In het begin was het even kijken wie onze gids was. Uiteindelijk hebben we Sarah gehad en ze was kundig en aardig. De tour is niet heel uitgestrekt. We hebben veel informatie gekregen over het ontstaan van Napels en wat wijken en gebouwen. Prima tour zo om te doen. We liepen hem in oktober en dat was qua temperatuur ook lekker.

“Exceded expectations”
I thought I knew Italian food but Naplese street food was different. An insightful visit to the old town of Naples I learned much of Naples and was well fed on the trip. Organization wise I only wished I was advised there were a number of similar trips departing at staggered times at the meeting point which led to some initial confusion.

Our tour guide, Rafelle was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, inclusive, gave great, succinct explanations and told interesting stories. It was an extremely hot, humid day even at 4:30pm & he made every effort to keep us out of the sun as much as possible. Highly recommend!

Carmen was nice and her information was good, but i did expect a little more of it. A little bit of more humor or just some more info you cannot find online. Moreover, it would have been nice to give us an idea of our place and route in the city. Now it was just following the guide and we had no clue where we were and i had to grab my phone to get a general idea of where we were on a map.

Carmen our guide was excellent, so knowledgeable, at least 3 times questions came to me but she answered them before I could even ask them, and when we did have questions she was happy to answer anything whether it directly referred to the tour or just naples in general
