Things to do Learn How to Make Argentinian Empanadas

I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron, and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas from scratch (dough and both fillings); ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. I promise you'll be delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine, and chocotorta are part of our life. That's why these flavors are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you, so of course you're taking all the recipes home with you.
