We had a wonderful tour with Becky yesterday. Becky is very knowledgeable and we would thoroughly recommend her tours. She has great insight into the local and international street artists she was showing us.. Becky guided us for 2 hours and we feel inspired to revisit Shoreditch and its street art. We finished our tour off with an Indian meal at City Spice and sightseeing around the Brick Lane area.

“Disappointing Shoreditch graffiti free tour ”

Had the occasion to go to shoreditch for the first time and I thought a free tour could be a great way to hear some interesting stories about the beautiful graffiti in the area and the history of the region. Sadly, I was truly disappointed. The tour was boring, not informative and not interactive in any way. It’s great that the guide knows the names of the artists but where is the added value?? I can read the signed name by myself Some stories were definitely interesting, but something I could read on by myself with a very quick google search and less then 5 minutes of my time. Add to that the guides remarks « this was painted by ____ , it’s not his best work » Like bro why would you say that? Shoreditch is definitely worth visiting and as a big supporter of free tours I think a free tour could also be a great way to discover Shoreditch Sadly, I had the worst free tour guide I encountered so far, after doing close to 20 free tours around the world Hope you have a better experience than mine And maybe try booking with a different company

“Streetart in South London”

We did the tour for the second time, last year with Jamie, now Hanbah. Our guide was enthusiastic and spoke understanding English. With the experience of last year, Hannah's information felt more 'sponsored': only attention for the 'bigger' artists, less 'outside the box' like Jamie did: he was/is much more an streetart-lover and also gave info about other art around the 'wellknown ones'. No mistake: we had a good time with Hannah a d it's not fair to compare with Jamie!
