Discover all the secrets of the oldest London with this free tour in which our English speaking guide will immerse you in its origins, its history and its main monuments and streets. The tour starts at St. Paul's Cathedral and cross the Millennium Bridge to reach the Bankside area, where we can find the modern art gallery Tate Modern, the Globe Theatre or Clink Prison, one of the oldest prisons in the city. We will also visit the Southwark Cathedral, the Borough Market, the oldest market in London where Londoners came to shop, and The Shard, the tallest skyscraper in the European Union. The tour ends at City Hall, London's City Hall, whose building was designed by Norman Foster. From here we will see two of London's most iconic landmarks: Tower Bridge, the city's most famous bridge, and the Tower of London, where the Crown Jewels are kept, but which is actually famous for having been one of London's most fearsome prisons.
