Marina was the best - very knowledgeable about the history of Heraklion, reeling off all the dates of important historical events. She was also very enigmatic & entertaining in the way she delivered her information. Also very cool to see the city going into the evening! Would highly recommend!

We booked the tour online, two days in advance. On the day of our tour we were 10 min earlier at the meeting point. But our guide did not show up. We waited over 35min but no one came...i can not recommend this tour, because there is no tour...

“The best experience ”
Marina and George were so friendly and knowledgeable! The structure of the tour was build that way so that we could all understand the history in funny yet simple terms. They made each one of us feel included in the group be talking to us and exchanging opinions and experiences. For sure the most enjoyable walking tour I have been to.

“Perfect”
Marina was awesome! Showed us around the city, told the history in a very practical and chronological way, always referring to the events she mentioned previously to make it easier the construct the timeline in your head. Also promptly answered the questions I've made.
Also, the tips for places to go given at the end are very good. Erganos is a must!

“A must have! Excellent atmosphere”
Georgios provided us with lots of useful and interesting infromation about Heraklion! Many historical info - so if you are interested in history you must go for a walk with Georgios! We had an amazing time and Georgios gave us a good company! Georgios didn't cancel our trip even when there were just the two of us plus him (which was unusual because the previous and next tour are full)! Marina and Georges are just amazing !!!we've learned so many interesting, surprising historical facts along the different centuries and different eras of Heraklion. They showed us the most important sites, and even scheduled a time during the tour to watch the sunset in a breathtaking view. They do free tours in small groups, which is great! Therefore, the content is interesting and usefull if you pretend to know better heraklion. They are concern about your comfort all the tour and ask you if you want water and tries to walk under the shade. Finally, they were lovely and nice and that makes the difference!
