If you are just arriving, I think this tour is more helpful to get to know the lay of the land and main points of interest in the city. We found it helpful just to orient the common points and get some great ideas of things to do here and also what isn't really worth your time. Glenda provided some great history about the city that we wouldn't have learned if not for her! It was a lot more talking than walking :)

Nosso guia foi super simpático e informativo. Me doi não lembrar o nome dele - eu e meu noivo fizemos a tour mês passado, mas eu perdi o celular e não consegui avaliar antes. Porém, ele nos apresentou uma lista com diversas dicas ao final da tour. Desde lugares para comer (inclusive vegetarianos/veganos, o que não é comum na cidade), lugares para comprar couro, filmes... Apreciamos tudo. Eu quase deixei de ir por estar com os pés machucados, mas fico muito feliz de ter me forçado. A história da família Medici e da cidade é fascinante! Recomendo a todos que comecem a viagem à cidade com esse walking tour, para poderem apreciar as ruas por quais anda ainda mais.

I could not understand Gabriella very well. Also was put off by virtually a pick pocket in my money pouch but luckily my husband saw her hand in my bag and she walked off to pick pocket someone else.
