“Assolutamente ridicolo”
Ho prenotato il free walking tour, che è venuto fuori non fosse tip based. Ma sarei stato felice di pagare abbastanza per la guida, solo non fosse stato che la guida si è presentata in ritardo, sporca. Non ci ha spiegato dove ci volesse portare, correva tra le vie di fes. Bella città della quale non so nulla. Nelle ore di viaggio dichiarate avra parlato un totale di 10 minuti, solamente perché con coi c'era una ragazza che lo riempiva di domande, ma non ci diceva nulla a riguardo. Meglio andare in giro a fare il tour da soli, dopotutto è stato uguale.

“Recommend Highly”
If you are looking for an opportunity to get the lay of the land, book this tour. For our first day in Fes, my 12-year old daughter and I booked a group tour with Youssef. Even though we were the only ones who booked that day, he kept the tour available and even picked us up from our riad. He was friendly and knowledgeable and hit the perfect places for a good introduction to Fes. He even asked us if there were any particular places we were interested in and he would take us. I felt we were walking the Medina with a long-time local, which we were. 10/10

We had a private tour because we were the only one who booked a tour this day! We had to pay 500dh for two because it was officialy private! But the tour was very interesting, we enjoy everything, allt the informations and the places we visited. Azzdine was very nice and patient :)

“enjoyable ”
We learnt a lot about Fes during our tour, especially some “secrets” which we wouldn’t get from a guide book. The length and pace was good, and the stops at the co-op shops was a good break from the walking (be prepared to say no to the offer to sell you something). There is no way we could have seen and learnt so much without our guide! Highly recommended.

Amazing Walking Tour of Fes Medina! We are a couple who tried to book a free-walking tour, but many tour guides canceled our tours due to “unexpected reasons.” However, only Youssef took our booking one day before the tour, even though he knew we only had two people. I recently had the pleasure of taking a walking tour around Fes Medina, and it was an unforgettable experience! Youssef, our guide, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very start. Fluent in English, he effortlessly communicated with everyone in our group, ensuring we all understood and appreciated the rich history and culture of the local places and people. His knowledge was truly impressive, providing fascinating insights into the historical landmarks and cultural nuances of Fes Medina. “Franchement passable”
Le tour en français a été annulé car on était que 2. Il nous a proposé un tout privé à 400dirhams pour 2. Nous avons quand même voulu essayer. Ça ne valait pas du tout 400d à la rigueur 200d pour deux c'était le maximum (2h30 de visite). Le "guide", un homme qui a grandi à Fès pas du tout un guide, nous a promené dans la médina et dans des endroits que nous aurions jamais visités sans lui donc c'est le côté positif. Sinon tout le reste (les anecdotes intéressantes, les histoires de la ville...) était assez peu intéressant.

“basic good quick tour”
nice professional guide, a few quick notes on the history of Fes, and stops at the woodwork museum, the narrow streets, stalls, the mosque and mausoleums, a basic overview. Most of the time you will have stops at several stores, with a short introduction of their craft, naturally, those people want to sell items, it is up to your character and communication skills to engage or not. If you are interested in history or learning, this tour isn't great. If you want a basic introduction and want to see the hotspots of the medina without hustle, it is.

“Could be better”
The first part of our tour was really interesting. The guide told us about different cultural things and how we could see it - even saw inside of a little bakery. It was only the start were we got some history about Fes. Then we were guided to the Tannery, were the employees took over, a school which was 20 dirham per person. We went to a Herbonist were the employees told us about the things. We went to other places as well.
Just a lot of"drop off" so we weren't really told lot about Fes' history from the guide. It seems that the city has a lot of history and we missed most of it...

“Great tour”
It was our initial visit to Fes, and opting for the tour proved to be an excellent choice. We were able to explore the oldest Medina in Morocco. The city's numerous streets and alleys make it easy to become disoriented. The tour was meticulously organized and provided a wealth of valuable information. It is a must do in Fes.

We had an EXCELLENT tour! Majeet showed us all of the Fes secrets and even recommended a phenomenal restaurant after a long day of exploring. His professionalism was top notch and he did not rush us when we wanted to stop to buy things. Thank you so much for teaching us all about Fes’ iconic history.

Our tour with youssef was wonderful and very entertaining. He made every effort to show us all in and around the Medina and tell us about the facts about the culture of the city and people. He never rushed us and always had patience and gave us ample time to let us roam and soak in the sights. The whole walk was very entertaining with Mohssen teaching us some Arabic and also asking questions to guess before explaining anything. One of the best tours I have ever had.

My guide was really informative and fun we were only two in the tour and he didn't cancel he picked up us from our riad and he carpooling us by his car to the mosaic place it's was interesting and from there we heading up to the old city , andalous area and handicraft and monuments area we saw there many landmarks and some shops where you get cheap price about Moroccan product for us we were interesting about the leather and mosaic we bought many things with Youssef thank highly recommend

We had a great guided tour! The guide listened to what interested us. The guide told us about the culture of Fez. We went to see the collections of bronze, pottery, bread, Moroccan carpets and Berber carpets. The guide took us to typical, untouristy places, but we always felt safe. I 100% recommend this tour. “Excellent private tour”
Youssef provided a comprehensive tailor-made private tour that included stops at many craft shops and major sites. We also sampled some street food. The tour was only supposed to be two hours but we went for almost four hours at no extra cost - and we walked quickly. His English is excellent and his knowledge impressive. He is born and raised in the Medina so he knows his way around and where to find the special shops. His price is very reasonable, especially considering his expertise. I highly recommend him.

“Great Introduction to Fes”
We arranged the tour last minute and it was a great way to understand the city. Abdul provided us with valuable local knowledge about the different areas of the Medina and took us to several landmarks, markets and souks. The tour lasted almost four hours and in the second half Abdul presented us some cooperatives of artisans representing different trades in the city. There was no selling pressure and we actually learned a lot from the craftsmen too.
Highly recommended to get a grip on the maze of the Medina.

This was a tour just for us because there was no other reservation in Italian language. We booked tour in italian, but we communicate also in Spanish and in English because sometimes the explanation wasn't clear. Abdoul was on time, very friendly show us a huge part of Fes and he try to answer to our question, but usually when we travel around Europe we have more information about places that we are visiting. It would be better if the focus go also to Lifestyle, culture, traditions and other aspect that can help to understand Moroccan life

Youssef is so passionate about sharing the culture and history of the old medina Fes. We learned so many things. It is best to have a guide to wander through the narrow streets of the medina and the tour did not disappoint. He expressed support for the locals through recommendations but he never obliged/pushed us. Would recommend! 10/10

I saw the page of this young guy is new one in free tour but I was really surprised by his profile he is nice guide speak very good language explain everything in his city we enjoyed our time to walk from the narrow alleyways it's was really nice in addition we saw the Moroccan handicraft as the lather factory...........
