We took the tour on our first day in Fes. It was extremely helpful to start understanding the labyrinth of streets and alleyways in the Medina. The guide was great - informative and friendly - managing to deliver the tour in both Spanish and English seamlessly. We wore headsets that helped us hear him in very noisy parts of the city. The only challenge happened in a spice shop that made two presentations at the same time - one in English, the other in Spanish. The Spanish presentation lasted more than 10 minutes longer and then we waited another 10 minutes as those participants shopped. So there was a good 20+ minutes while the English speaking participants sat around waiting.

“Interesting tour with a bit too much rush”
The tour showed us various interesting corners of the medina that we wouldn‘t have found on our own including a lot of information. However, we felt a bit in a rush - the guide spoke very fast without breaks and often told us to hurry (maybe because the tour was in two languages - Spanish and English - at once).

Very nice tour by Mostafa, with useful audio piece. Of course with some stops where people tell their business in the hope you buy something, but wasn't too bad. Suggestion of the 'hidden gem' restaurant afterwards, that supposedly didn't even have a name or shown on map was bullshit. But decent food anyway.

El tour fue agradable gracias al guía que fue simpático y cercano. Me encantó usar radios para escuchar mejor y no molestar con el ruido a los vecinos. En el tour se visitan lugares menos turísticos y masificados, aunque eché de menos visitar otros lugares clave. Los datos históricos eran pocos, ideal si buscar pasear sin saturarte, pero si te apasiona la historia puede quedarse corto, en nuestro caso estuvo bien. Lo recomiendo.

We couldn’t find him initially as he wasn’t wearing his burgundy beret! However, he kept in touch and rang me back to ensure a successful meeting. Mostafa was extremely informative and knew his stuff. Excellent value for money. He made it clear that there was no pressure to buy at any of the retailers we visited and he knew his way around that mind blowing medina. Would thoroughly recommend.

“A bit of Fez history!”
Mostafa's tour was informative, he obviously knows the area well. He managed to do a bilingual tour -Spanish and English- which is always an effort when both languages are not your mother tongue!
It was useful to see the different guilds in the Medina and get other locals to explain their work & craft.
I would have liked less shops and maybe time spent in a museum, for instance.

Mustafa nos guió por la parte desconocida de Fez para el turista, imposible transitar por esas calles , sin su guiada. Explico claramente la composición de los barrios y sus características. Nos llevo a las curtidurias y al río de la Ciudad de Fez, del cual desconocía su existencia. Muy recomendable, para hacerte pasear por la parte poco conocida de Fez

Sensacional Tour a pesar de que no había nadie más y nos lo hizo a mí y a mi pareja solos, aún así maxima entrega y pasión por enseñarnos cada lugar de la ciudad, un placer y sobre todo nos salvo la vida diciéndonos que imprimiéramos lo billetes ya que el aeropuerto de Fez sólo acepta el billete impreso. Partiendo de la base que nose porque se llama free tour porque luego cobran 10€ por persona ( por lo menos te avisa antes de llegar) está bien pero se puede hacer totalmente por tu propia cuenta, el guia es majo y habla bien español pero te lleva a muchos sitios donde te intentan vender cosas sin pedirlo, si quieres hacer si o si un tour por la Medina esta bien pero me parece caro realmente para la duración y el contenido que se da, de todas maneras el guia lo hace bien y explica muchas cosas aunque todo lo puedes mirar tu por tu cuenta
