“O melhor tour para sair do óbvio”
A gente nem sente o tempo passar de tão bom que é esse tour. O guia conhecia muito bem o bairro, explicou sobre vários edifícios e ruas, que indo sozinha eu deixaria passar batido, além de ter tirado várias das nossas dúvidas e ter dados dicas. Entramos em estabelecimentos históricos e curtimos demais passar pelas ruas de Yungay que são incríveis. É o passeio para quem quer conhecer fora do óbvio. Estão todos de parabéns pela elaboração e condução desse tour.

Aún que el guía Rodrigo era muy gentil, era muy disperso, no seguía un hilo lógico en su charla y muy superficial en todo lo que nos cuentó. Se quedó 20 minutos solo repitiendo el nombre de los museos que estaban al redor, sin haber visitado ninguno de esos. Solo sabía la historia de un mural entre todos y la historia ni parecio verdad. Le dejé dinero solo porque me daba pena no dejarlo y lo siento porque parecía buena persona pero no recomendaría un tour con esa guía si él no estudiara un poco más y si concentrata en el recorrido.

Maria Jose foi nossa guia. Muito simpática e comprometida em trazer o máximo de informações para o grupo. Foi uma aula sobre a cultura local, passando não só pela história da formação do bairro, bem como da cidade, como também por detalhes como explicações sobre grafites e pontos da cultura do bairro. A parada na Peluqueria Francesa também é um ponto forte do passeio. Vale muito a pena ir! Recomendo! E para brasileiros, é possível dar a gorjeta via pix, o que facilita bastante kkkk.

super claro como encontrarte. Maria José fue nuestra guía. Se notaba que ha´bia estudiado mucho y quiso todo el tiempo darnos información y responder a nuestras preguntas. Presiento que era una de sus primeras visita y es por eso que por momentos estaba nerviosa, pero lo hizo muy bien. Si bien intentó no hacer comentarios políticos, es casi imposible (sobre todo por las preguntas que les hacíamos los participantes) y ella lo manejó muy bien. Solo como tema a mejorar (y nada uqe invalide el programa), sugiero que Maria José se de cuenta que si hay 2 personas charlando no debería callarlas o "llamarles la atencion" sino seguir la visita y luego seguramente seguirán escuchándola. Los temas interesantes, la visita interesante, y todo loq ue nos fue comentando. Linda visita a la peluquería y Salvador, me pareció genial!

“Passeio muito massa por Yungay”
Fizemos o passeio pelo bairro de Yungay e tudo foi excelente. O bairro é MUITO rico culturalmente e vale muito a pena visitá-lo para se ter uma visão diferente da cidade. O nosso guia, Nelai, conhece muito bem o bairro e suas histórias, além de falar um espanhol muito claro (para estrangeiros) e até esboçar frases em português. É um guia extremamente prestativo e que recomendo muito.

He hecho varios tours en Santiago y sin duda este es el mejor. El recorrido es muy interesante pero porque la guía era de lo mejor que he conocido aquí. Truly interesting tour with tour guide Darinka. She's lovely, friendly and passionate about the history of the barrios. We enjoyed the tour that allows you to discover bits of the city that you world hardly find if unaccompanied. We strongly recommend the tour in Spanish even to Italian speakers as you can understand a good 80 to 90% of what is said. Barrio Brasil is not actually covered in the tour but only introduced for self discovery and exploration. We really enjoyed the afternoon.

Our guide, Pedro, immediately infected the group with his enthusiasm for the tour he was about to give. The tour mentions the Brazil and Yungay areas but is essentially about the Yungay area. Pedro was extremely knowledgeable about the key areas that he showed us including where the current president resides. A really cool neighbourhood that almost makes you forget that you’re in a capital city! We also found what is perhaps the most delicious sandwich shop that we have ever eaten in - but you’ll need to take the tour to learn which one it is!

“Great tour of the Yungay neighborhood”
Pedro was so organized. He provided me with his phone number a few hours before the tour to help us find each other. He knew so much great history and showed us so much great street art, with stories about many. The tour was about 2 hours long and covered about 2 miles. He allowed us to stop to take pictures as we wanted. He also recommended places to eat after the tour. We choose the sandwich shop and it was great!!
Highly recommend Pedro as a guide.

Die Tour in Yungay lohnt sich schon allein wegen der vielen Wandmalereien. Unser Tourguide Pedro hat viele Informationen zur Geschichte des Stadtteils und teilweise persönliche Eindrücke und Erfahrungen zu den Bildern gegeben. Er ist auf unsere Fragen eingegangen, auch wenn sie nicht nur um Yungay kreisten. Da wir eine Kleingruppe waren, haben wir auch ein Gebäude innen besichtigt. Pedro ist sehr freundlich und kennt sich gut aus. Die Führung dauerte zwei Stunden. Ich kann sie sehr empfehlen!

Fuimos acompañados en esta experiencia por Pedro que fue muy paciente, dado que estábamos con una bebé pequeña y un fotógrafo aficionado al arte urbano que demoraron nuestro andar. Incluso teniendo en cuenta que hizo la guía solo para nosotros. El paseo es realmente muy interesante, ya que en el arte y la arquitectura del barrio se pueden vislumbrar épocas y formas vida de lo más variadas que ocurrieron en esa zona. Vale la pena visitarlo. Nos sorprendió un poco que el guía nos sugiriera un monto muy alto por persona para la propina.

“Discovering the hidden gems of Yungay: A Fascinating Walking Tou”
The Yungay tour was the second walking tour we took in Santiago, following the one in the city center. Yungay is an incredibly interesting neighborhood from an architectural standpoint. It offers stunning palaces, beautiful views, as well as hidden alleys with trees, plants, and flowers that bloom unexpectedly. The district is full of murals that depict important pieces of Santiago's recent history. Our guide, Lion, allowed us to discover corners of the neighborhood that we would have never found on our own. In particular, it was fascinating to observe the murals while receiving historical and political explanations of the designs. Having someone with the ability to help you understand urban art gives a completely different value to visiting this neighborhood. We highly recommend this tour.
